Congratulations and kudos to Tammy,Paul,Natasha,Ashley,Lisa,Lily and everyone else who contribute in making this supermarket a joy to shop at times! Large improvement in stock replenishment and customer service capabilities! Shop here for the basics because it is the closest supermarket,not a great selection of products! I manage to shop here often but prefer their larger stores as there is more to offer! Seems they have the same fortnightly specials that keep repeating but that very few people require ! Also seem to run out of generic lines which means you have no choice but to buy the expensive products ! Glad to report that they have new friendlier team members so that's definitely a step in the right direction! Suggest management and staff visit their Marion and Walkerville stores and compare the high level of service, staff and team friendliness and abundance of produce by comparison! Furthermore,try Drakes Foodland just down the road and experience the overall friendliness,cheerfulness and good vibes! Just food for thought, act enthusiastic and you'll be enthusiastic !

The 5 stars go to the young man on the self checkout and service desk yesterday afternoon. Monday 22nd. He had longer brown hair with a middle part. Not only did he help me with the self checkout but when I locked my keys in the car he helped me with the torch I bought. Thank you so much. Great Empathy and customer service. 🙏 ♥♥

1st time trying Car to boot service, and it was so painless.. the special touch with a handwritten note to say thank you for choosing us for your 1st order attached to box a favourites was an amazing gesture of customer appreciation I was not expecting. Thank you, Aberfoyle Park team!!

Love the huge carpark, big wide aisles, great selection of products and reasonable prices.
Did I mention the big WIDE aisles? Makes pushing a trolley through the ship SO much easier.
And a big shout out to the staff who are the friendliest I've come across

Amazing service! I order online from these guys every fortnight and never have an issue. Today, a bag of items went missing in delivery, which was not the store’s fault. However, when I called the store, I spoke with a lovely worker called Vicky, who went out of her way to replace the missing items, including one that I’d already been refunded for that was out of stock. She also gave me a gift card, which in this currently inflated economy, meant quite a lot to me. Huge thanks, couldn’t ask for better service! :)

Store always so clean and shelves are fully stocked. Staff are friendly. Since they made the store bigger, so much more to choose from. Also have 'straight to boot' parking bays out the front of the store.

Came through today with my two kids. A lovely gentleman named Ben served us. Despite our full trolley and the many items to scan Ben provided top class customer service skills. He cracked a few jokes with the kids and despite all the fun he brought to our day he was quick and speedy when it came to packing the bags. It’s good to see Woolies have employed people like him.

So much better since the upgrade they did this year. Very big, lots of different varieties and good staff. Only this missing missing is a coffee or sushi place inside like others i have visited ☺

My local Woolies has a good range but most of all their staff are always cheery & friendly which is why I never use the self serv checkouts. (The soul-less machines that always need human intervention so why not choose that path first)
My online order had a mix up today and the young front end team went above & beyond to get me sorted asap. Top service & a free box of choccies for my (hardly any) inconvenience. Nice work.
