Brighton Tackle & Bait

Bought two bags crab bait yesterday with my father. The boss was very nice and friendly, and gave us a discount. Today, my father caught 10 big crabs. He is so happy and said he would like to come back and buy more crab baits.

Hands down the best customer service experience we have ever had. We are new to fishing and they went out of their way to help out on a public holiday. We were even told to come back if we get tangled etc so they can fix it up for us. Highly recommended.

Peter and the crew are without doubt the best in the business. They are always very approachable and enthusiastic about helping you find exactly what you need, at a very competitive price. If you need anything gear, bait, or tackle-wise; this is your one-stop-shop. In fact... I think I'll go pay them a visit now.

Have regularly shopped here for a number of years. Good service and product. Not always the cheapest. But u pay for what you get in life.

My wife and I shopped there last weekend. Bought over 300.00 worth of gear. The only chap there was good. But got busy. We transacted and left.
Got home and doing the sums did not add up.
Rang the store and said would be ok to come back Tuesday. All good. Come today and re did everything we bought with another chap. Found a credit in our favour. Monies returned.
This is no reflection on the first guy. He just got busy between us and others.

Great shop from a complete newbie! The guys were very helpful and friendly. Don't go to commercial franchisees when you can go to this fantastic shop with friendly staff who know what they're talking about and are so willing to help. I learnt the hard way but will be back here next time! Thanks fellows!

What a little gem of a bait and tackle shop
The owner was friendly and helpful with advice on local area fishing spots, best bait to use and seemed to know many customers by name as they entered the shop.
Would definantly recommend Brighton Tackle for beginners to advanced fishermen and women!

I always look after the local taclkeshop ,they look after you top place to get your bait tackle good chin wag, where the fish are biting....
