I would like to thank salesman Hal for his excellent service today. He was very helpful and patient with me as i asked a million questions. I had a terrible time with the last person i dealt with at Nowra Bunnings so a big shout out to Hal for restoring my faith in bunnings staff.

Very happy with communications from the personal shopper when necessary, and friendliness and efficiency of the drive and collect attendants.

The only improvement suggested is to display the drive and collect phone number on the signs at the parking bays. The drive and collect confirmation letter promises this, but the number is not displayed anywhere I could see.

Long walks in bunnings are like beach walks just spectacular.

There is a sales assistant in this store who is the BEST Bunnings assistant I have EVER come across. His name is Jack. Worth twice whatever he is earning. Good fun, good advice and obviously a very good man. Thanks Jack.

The front line employees here are the nicest and most helpful people you will ever meet. Only issue is the general public are so rude and aggressive to customer service workers. Especially here for some reason the bad apples feel they can get away with antisocial and disruptive behaviour.

I have personally wittnessed dozens of aggressive and down right mean people come in just to yell at the staff, cause problems and drama.

My only hope is that when upper management reads the very few negative reviews they see it for what is, a handfull of sad pathetic individuals with nothing better to do.

Heaps of parking if you are renovating or upgrading your tools great place to be staff are helpful great place to walk around and see new products to make your life easier with new tools or hardware

Staff very helpful. Also with a good advice. Especially the mature age personnel. Good undercover parking combined with lifts works well. Huge selection of house and garden merchandise under one roof.

Called into bunnings yesterday very late to buy a bbq.
The guys there could not have been more helpful.
They advised me on the best product, organised the appropriate gas bottle and even loaded the things in my car.
To John, the guy with the Christmas lights on his hat and the third bloke..thank you very much.

Awesome store but please can you guys get rid of your gas powered forklifts in the timber area. There were two operating in the drive through timber area when we were looking at wood and the fumes were overpowering. No fans were turned on either. We did mention it to one of the guys who said he’d bring up the issue for us. There are battery powered forklifts now that would be perfect in your drive through areas.
Apart from that great store!! Love it!!
