This is one of the best Indian grocery stores in point cook. The first time I moved in this area they had their business running as a small store but now they have expanded their business and moved to new place. This is the shop
Where I can say ONE STOP FOR YOUR SHOP.. as they have everything when it comes to what someone want to have in their day to day cooking and complete stock for one’s grocery needs. Additionally you would not be surprised to find herbal health products . I would like to mention few things in detail about the business and the business owner too. First thing is this shop is very organised where you don’t have to spend hours looking for things , everything has its own place. Secondly the hygiene in the shop is excellent, as I would give it 10 stars if I could as they always maintain cleanliness and consider hygiene practices. To add on Mr Ravi and Mr Shan has good team work and cooperation in managing the business and providing great customer service .

Wide variety and lots of available options. Fairly priced. Huge space and big aisles. Friendly owners

Personally, I haven't seen such wide varities of Indian Groceries anywhere.

I have been to this place, few couple of times, i find groceries are very bit expensive. I also note that there are no other Indian stores to compete with them. The stores ambience is excellent, very clean. I like the Ginger tea.

Ravi and Gene are absolute gentlemen. The boys always make me feel very welcome every time i shop in the their store! Ravi has an extensive knowledge of his store and products which is very helpful to the customer. If only Australia could beat India in the cricket that would make my visits better! Keep up the good work lads!

I'm so glad that I found this shop. Everything you could possibly want in the one shop. Wide aisles, easy to find what you want because the stock is displayed well.

They are very kind and helpful here, lovely staff, prices are reasonable,and there are some great deals and specials. This will be my family's go to store for years to come because of the lovely manner of the employees, they area credit to the store.

Me and my family was so happy to receive a warm welcome by Ravi, Owner and the store is so tidy. Pretty much all Hindustani products are available and a top service.

Just moved into the area and visited this nice Indian store. It was so nice to see such a well organized Indian store with loads of variety. The guys at the counter were very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant experience. Keep up the good work guys!

Great selection of Indian and Island frozen vegetables , spices, snacks, board games etc. My personal favorite place to buy Fiji Food items. Staff are really accommodating and personally take care of any queries. This is our families one stop shop for groceries; for any Indian celebrations, day to day staples or prayers at home.
The prices are reasonable as well.

Recommend Indian Big Bazaar over any other Indian Grocery store in Point Cook. Very friendly staff and the fact that they have all stock available at reasonable price during the COVID-19 lockdown.

Indian Big Bazaar adopted limited purchasing early during lockdown and this enabled them to provide availability throughout the lockdown.
I have seen numerous people arguing over this at the store which seems really stupid. I am completely in agreement with the store policy.

The store owner wants to sell all stock and it wouldn't matter to him if one person takes it all. But does that serve the local community.
Ravi has helped the community with free groceries despite of the low incoming stock.
Highly recommend you to look no where else for any Indian Groceries.

Customer service experience is by far the best. Many unique products which have the best quality indeed! Just been to their new store which is huge and has been organized very well. Ravi and his team have once again nailed it well. Their new collection of Rakhi is just awesome. With upcoming Rakshabandhan festival, head to Indian Big Bazaar to buy some beautiful Rakhis! Beautiful experience! Customer service is top notch! Unlike many stores where they have no idea where things are kept! Went to the store for the first time and would only go there for my shopping! Just a beautifully presented store and very helpful staff!
