Smokemart Mirrabooka

Smokemart is one of the few retailers who sell my particular brand of cigarettes, amongst the many brands they sell.
I'm amazed at the variety of paraphernalia they have aimed for smokers or people seeking gifts for them and many gifts for men.
The best thing is the friendly and efficient service the lovely ladies there provide. I always look forward to seeing them.

Small store but always a great selection of gifts, especially your funny/joke presents, good customer service and staff and well utilised space with they layout of the store

I get the best service from Karen. The store is also immaculate every time I visit and they have cool products on display. The employees have to deal with some pretty tough customers so I think they do a great job.

My son has been naught for a few weeks now. So i decided to get him an elf on the shelf. One of the ladies at the counter was amazing.
I bought the elf prior to returning with my son, advicing the lady i needed her help, with letting my son know if he continues to behave badly he will not recieve presents from santa.
As adviced this young lady presented the elf to my son and told him "" i heard you have been naughty, so santa told me to give you this elf to keep an eye on you, to make sure you behave and if you dont santa will know by this elf"". Thankyou again so much, my son is looking after the elf and is taking good care of him. Amazing service. Fingers cross it works xx

I have nothing but praise for the staff. In fact I make a special trip if I need smokes as I know the service is wonderful. Full credit to the manager & staff for ALWAYS being friendly & helpful
