BIG W Mirrabooka

I can’t find anywhere else to provide this feedback so I guess I’ll post it here. Had a fantastic customer service experience this morning. Helen (I think her name was) on self service checkouts was friendly, helpful and cheerful. There was an incident when I first entered the store and she handled it professionally and with respect. Would like to have given this feedback directly to the store but not sure how. Great work Helen 😊

What great staff! Firstly Brooke went above and beyond to find a product that wasn't on the shelf. Then Perina(?) asked me if I needed help because I was looking lost. Can't remember the last time I had received such amazing customer service. I love Big W.

Staff were courteous, patient and knowledgeable. One member who obtained a piece of merchandise for me knew exactly where it was and didn't hesitate to leave the cartons she was unpacking to fetch the item and hand it to me.

Great place to do your shopping، veggie shop next to woolworth is the place to go for fresh produce and good price.
Woolworth and colse, bigw, and Kmart are also conveniently in the same place.
It is a very multicultural place, and you will never get board
A few good cafes are around for a catch-up
Anyway I enjoy visiting the place every weekend

I called up to check stock of an item which they had, and asked if they could hold it for me for 30mins. This they did and made my whole shopping experience all that more breezier. So thank you guys. Great customer service, great store and I love the store set-up its easy to find everything and the stock in store is always pretty good for things that I need/want 😀

I've always found Big W - Mirrabooka a great place to shop. You have a fantastic greeter whose energy and cheeriness just brightens up your day. The selection of products is pretty good...there's always room for improvement. I always seem to find just what I'm looking for. Whatever they may lack in products, they certainly make up in good old-fashioned customer service. Any of the staff are willing to stop what they're doing to help you. Definitely will shop here again.

Friendly and happy staff, ready to give a hand if needed. I put a layby on and was treated with respect and importance, the young lady who served me engaged with me in personal conversation and we had a little laugh together. Was a fun shopping experience 🛍

Visited the store on Monday 9th of May to return a faulty product , the issue was complicated by me no longer having the credit card I used to purchase the product.
The lady who assisted me (I think her name was Helen) was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
Well done , you are a great ambassador for Big W.

Picked up a click and collect orders from Big W this afternoon and was surprised by this sweet thankyou card and sweet treat I found wrapped with my order.

I rang your store on Sunday19/06 and asked about a Lego which you only had one of.The lovely young lady had put it on hold and I went into the store to purchase.The young lady that held the item & the young lady that served me at the service desk was lovely. Im sorry I did not get their names.I was instore at 1:15pm.Thankyou so much for the wonderful service it was such a pleasure.

Put some shoes aside for pick up. Once I got to the service desk to pick them up, I had ordered the wrong size. The helpful sales assistant went out of her way to go to the storeroom to get my size
So professional and friendly.

I went to pick up my click and collect order and when I opened my package they had a thank you card and a little choc as a Christmas gift. It was so thoughtful. There were so much staff of the floor that were willing to help. Great experience!
