Being a LOCAL, I have been going to blacksmiths home hardware for about 30 year FRIENDLY. GOOD STAFF, ,when Vienna's father WAS RUNNING IT !!! NEXT DOOR ! But sadly past away early in life!!! But VIENNA'S TOKE IT OVER AND HAS MADE IT BETTER THEN IT COULD EVER BE!!! HER FATHER WOULD BE VERY VERY PROUD OF HER !! IN WHAT VIENNA'S HAS DONE WITH THE PLACE AND ALL SO FOR CHARITY'S THING SHE DOES!!! I was trying to fix the holes in fence. Though all the others kept telling me to put mesh under that animals could chew thru. It took 5 minutes on the phone to get the metal fire proof mesh and I will now travel a little bit further for all my hardware bits and pieces due to the professional standards of the staff and their knowledge.

Not just hardware, have the most amazing plant / garden area. Good prices on plants and so many to choose from. When ever I have a birthday I go here and choose a nice plant and pot. We’re so lucky to have this local gem.

I went in to buy a beach umbrella and left with an experience of a lifetime. Not only were the counter staff really accomodating to my needs, but Vanessa also gave us a live tutorial. My friends decided to buy another for themselves the next day and the handsome young man in the high vis was even more helpful. Thanks for being so welcoming and sorting us out - I’m sure we’ll be back again someday for another umbrella!

Got the best service I have ever had from these guys on Sunday. Bought a chainsaw. I was taken out the back, it was filled with oil and fuel, then started. Everything was explained to me in detail , down to how to adjust the chain etc.
Those BIG hardware chains just sell you a box, these blokes sell themselves, and its a sweet package.
