Eltham Newsagency & Toys

This is a very well stocked newsagency.
Basically is a toy store as well. Has an unbelievable amount of cards, stationery, paper, mugs, flowers, laps, bags, vases, socks, frames, postcards along with everything else as well.
Believe it or not you could spend a very long time in here regardless of if that was your plan all along.
Friendly staff that are more than willing to help you out.

The Eltham Newsagency and Toys is a great shop for all needs, whether you're looking for an emergency gift, some stationary for going back to school, or house decorations. They have a wonderful selection of high quality candles, dream catchers, and other bits and bobs. They sell a great variety of newspapers as well.
I definitely recommend paying this place a visit, and I know the owners work hard to keep the store well looked after.

Surprisingly large range of magazines, toys and other items. Much improved since moving from its old and run-down location across the street. Clean and well organised, the owner is friendly and helpful.

A newsagency with a decent magazine selection, office stationary, plus some puzzles, toys and miscellaneous gifts. Serves its purpose in a convenient location.

Seem to have what I need when l need it.

Decent range of stationary, a bit pricey for the "Toy" section. They have some good magazines, however they're rarely in stock.

OK to purchase stock but not very good to receive parcels. Tried ringing many times, no answer. Finally went to collect my parcel and man seemed clueless and said not there. Had confirmation in hand it was there. He could care less. Said maybe still on the way. Very dismissive. Partner went back 30 minutes later and a lady quickly found parcel literally on top. Other reviews suggest this is not unusual. Will use other depots in future.

Dont buy umbrellas from there. Terrible quality (falls apart at every stitch and metal connection easily) button gets seized up before you use it. They are not interested in checking the quality of their stock either, despite being asked to.
