IGA French's Forest

A small but well-stocked supermarket with plenty of available parking, making it easy to stop by anytime. Its compact size is convenient when you want to shop quickly. Highly recommended!

This is open from 5:30am until 9pm! The staff are lovely. Never had a problem here. I enjoy the specials & mostly the novelty items some other stores don't supply. They get a lot of variety in something only a part the size of your big name supermarkets. Some items cost more but they are more convenient & no self check-out. All polite staff helping you the whole time.
This IGA is also connected to a vet, pharmacy, bakery, fish n chips, hair salon, real-estate, BWS, New agents & a QML across a driveway entry/exit from Frenchs Rd (but in the same complex). There is an outside ATM & public toilet.
Across the road on Beeville Rd there is a bus stop that takes you to Petrie train station.
Construction work has made a mess of the grass where the birds used to forage & has become a permanent eyesore.

I love this IGA. It has the best selection of meats in the supermarkets on the north side of Brisbane. I learned today that they have their very own butcher onsite.

This explains why they have fresh meat, at incredible prices and made superbly every day. The crumbed chicken is to die for. There are herbed lamb rolls, crumbed steak, chicken marinated 5 different ways and a myriad of other delicious meat cuts.

The staff are always friendly, helpful and eager to please.

They have an amazing hot box that serves daily hot meats, take away meals and hot snacks. They are made fresh, reasonably priced and are delicious.

The fruit and vegetable selection is diverse as are the groceries. I love their incredible variety of cold drinks available as you first walk into the store.

Very convenient shop with everything you need. Easy parking, fast service. Has a small amount of ready cooked food to choose from.

Hands down, the best community grocery store! Joseph, Leah and the team are friendly, helpful and really represent what a community should be. If there's a product you can't find, just ask Joseph and he'll have it on the shelves within a week. Their customer service is second to none and they always go above and beyond. We don't shop anywhere else.

Absolutely love shopping here. Great tasting food in their deli department, fresh salads and hot meals. Great range of grocery products, fresh fruit, veggies and meat. Competitive prices and friendly helpful staff. An absolute pleasure to shop here. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Great IGA to pop in and pick up some food for a picnic at Bullocky Rest. Team are really good and quick to get you through the registers

The owner Joesph goes above and beyond to help all members in the community that support him and his store he has lovely staff that are 99% always friendly and happy the other 1% is customer having there goes or attitude towards them for things most of the time beyond there control. Remember if you have a issue discuss with management to be resolved and a solution don’t yell and scream gets you no where I shop this stores once twice sometimes 3 times a day and never had issues. The store is looking lovely and fresh and better set out although I still get lost lol but it is getting easier. There is however one thing that saddens me is some customers are not appreciating the great little store and all the hard work Joesph snd team have done they place deli and cold items on shelves to go they steal and eat or drink items on the way around or as I have witnessed first hand the theft come on community let’s do the right thing so our little friendly grocer is here to stay.

Always an absolutely fantastic place. Always great food. Very reliable and convenient!!!! Great for anyone living nearby. Great for tourists as well, if they favour small n simple places!~

They make some of the best snags around!
Not to mention their Rissoles which I combine into bigger patties to make bigger burger patties, got that old school flavour like your mum used to make!

Staff are tops here,.. helpful friendly and passionate about there job. The last couple of days I've gone in for a take away spring roll and a couple of other items. Thumbs up.

Very good store. Staff are helpful, know their products and are friendly if they don't have something you need they will try and get it in for you. My mother is elderly and they make sure to help her when needed. I love this store

Perfect little stop on my way home, and opened on a public holiday was a bonus. The hot box food is, well its hot box food. Hit n miss in my books. And things are not exorbitantly priced either.

Good old IGA. Saved us for the boxing day dinner by being open until 8pm ✌ Neat and tidy store, polite staff, good selection of groceries.
