ALDI

I regularly shopped at this Aldi before moving into the area. Because the shop is easy to access, the staff are friendly, and the shop is well stocked. Compared to shopping at other retailers, my mouth never really drops with Aldi with the cost at the end, leaving me a happy customer. The difference between customer service and shareholder service.

Keep smiling amazing staff & crew. You were so helpful today. Even if people were unappreciative and grumpy they had rejoin a queue. Keep smiling. You helped alot. They just don't know how to be nice. <3

Aldi has so many great products and great produce they always have something new everytime you go great prices to I love to shop at Aldi especially at Christmas time they always have the best decorations and lights very affordable

The staff are always very helpful and pleasant. Today was no exception as we had a very lovely lady with loads of Christmas Cheer & personality 🎄👌🏼👏🏽👏🏽

The teller was very helpful. I mentioned why I was in their and obviously walked right past. She immediately got onto someone in her ear piece and took me to where I could find it. Thank you for awesome customer service

Nice and new. Only downfall is the stock in the freezer doesn't seem to be replenished often enough (or maybe it's just empty the few times I've been)
Store is always clean and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking too
They have self service and assisted check outs which are always manned
Even when it's busy the check outs flow really well.

Shop looked well presented today. Fruit and veg and meat all looked good.
Dalvish and Hayden were friendly with their customer service. Excellent overall experience.

Go to aldi for certain things as they are cheaper than the other stores.

A reliable supermarket with a good reputation, offering fresh items at reasonable prices.

I love how much this place has evolved over the years, this place used to be the number one shop my family would go to, and I still think a lot of their products (especially the chocolate chip cookies 😉) are sublime c: c:

Like most Aldi's, no fuss, smaller range than their opponents, but what they stock is excellent.

Very well stocked, clean and easy to navigate. Helpful, friendly staff members; they're always happy to have a chat with my very talkative 5year old.
There is plenty of parking which is shared with the neighbouring facilities (post office, member's office, hearing clinic and GP). There is wheelchair parking and wheelchair access.
My only suggestion would be to add public restrooms to the area.

Staff and management here are great. Management especially are always eager to go above and beyond to help with enquiries if I'm trying to track down special buys stock.

Helping with enquiries like this makes all the difference, since Aldi don't take phone calls anymore. The phone line instead directs you to their website where they stop listing stock after four weeks.

They didn't have the catalog item I wanted, as they had sold out already that morning. However the gentleman at the checkout offered to try to see if any other stores close by still had stock. When he found a couple of stores with stock he then called to check with them, and had them put away the item for me to come and collect. Brilliant service. Couldn't have done it better myself

Great store to shop at with competitive prices and a variety of goods. The staff are always smiling and more than happy to help if you need it. There are car parks close for disabled access and most times it is easy to find a good car park that is close to the
store.

Great local store with plenty of parking. Good specials but you need to line up early for the non grocery catalogue bargains. Store is always clean and well stocked. Pleasant shopping experience and cheery staff.

This is my local Aldi and I love the place. It's spacious isles for more than a trolley going each way. The shelves are always stocked and they have a great variety of products and produce.
