The puppy school program was awesome. Olivia the trainer was amazing, she was so knowledgeable, professional but also fun & friendly. We loved puppy school classes; it was fun with our puppy but we also learnt a lot and Matilda learnt so many new things; including socialising with other dogs and this was important. If I had questions, Olivia always offered more support and advice even if it wasn’t something included in the actual program & would forward on extra info. She is amazing! Highly reccomend doing puppy school or other programs with Olivia!

Olivia is amazing and patient, she gave the necessary basic puppy trainings as well as elevating the lessons for further skills development of the puppies.
I am so impressed !

2. The staffs at Petbarn are amazing w their knowledge for what the customers need. Broad selections of toys, foods ,etc so it is my monthly go-to for my puppy food stocks.
Only advice is to have more options for the raw frozen dog food please. 😊

Puppy school was fantastic. The classes were super informative and Olivia is incredibly approachable and patient. No question is too silly. Olivia has a suggestion or advice for any situation put to her. Can't recommend her classes enough! The other staff at petbarn are also so friendly and helpful too. I have a fully fledged puppy graduate, albeit by then skin of his teeth ! Look forward to enrolling him into further studies, our GSD needs all the help he can get 🤣🎓🐶

I had a sick bird. The ladies here did everything to help. One realised there was a splinter in the birds backside and pulled it out. Service above and beyond.

We came to Pet Barn because we are getting a new puppy, and needed some advice. Scott was so helpful. He put our minds at ease straight away - from the food, worming, toys, and bed, he really knew his stuff. We came out of there feeling so prepared for our new family member! Thanks heaps Scott!

City Farmers(PetBarn) are partned with Cat Haven adoption, Was a little unfair policy didn't allow us to hold the cat before adoption but the staff were very helpful.

Large Stocked warehouse, Reasonable prices, good selection of commonly stocked tropical fish. They have Dog baths at back of store and everything else you would need.

Helpful n knowledgeable staff, good product range available.

These guys are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They don’t push sales to make a quick buck on new pet owners, they give honest advice and often from their own experiences. The staff always seem happy to be there and I always feel honestly welcomed. I’ve been going there since it opened many moons ago…
