Angeline could not have done more to accommodate my kids. We just loved making fairy gardens and found things for birthdays, Christmas… can’t wait to come back and see what is new.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Angelfish Dragonfly Baby and Children's Boutique, and unfortunately I have to leave a negative review for the company even though I have never ever done it before especially for small businesses.

I purchased an item online, but when it arrived it was too small. I tried to exchange it for a bigger size, but unfortunately they didn't have the item in stock. When I called to see if I could get a refund or store credit instead, I was met with an extremely rude and defensive owner (Angelene).

The owner told me that they don't offer refunds because they are a small business, which I completely understand. I was willing to accept an exchange or store credit, but then I found out that I would have to pay for postage even for an exchanged item. When I politely mentioned that this policy might put off other customers from repeat purchasing, the owner became even more rude, saying that they were not a charity!!

I was shocked by the owner's tone and attitude, and when I tried to explain that I didn't mean to offend her and that I was just expressing my concern as a customer then I replied by saying that "I can also be rude back to you but I choose not as It is clear that you are having a bad day" then she was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional and replied by saying "No, I was having a good day until I received your call"!!! Seriously how could you be operating a business with this attitude??

I've never had to leave a negative review before, but I felt it was important to share my experience with others. I then decided that I would prefer to give the $50 plus item to the Salvation Army and not even exchange it as i don't want to deal with Angelfish Dragonfly Baby and Children's Boutique's owner again.

It was extremely disappointed with the owner's rude and disrespectful behaviour, and I don't want to support a business that treats its customers in such an unprofessional manner.
