Whole Bubs Townsville Baby Shop

Always a great experience with the whole bubs team. I have had great dealings with James and Rheannon and they are very accommodating and helpful. Have had follow up problems with two items (manufacturer fault) and the team were very helpful and able to replace or repair very quickly.

I recently placed an order with James to buy a second seat for my pram. He didn’t have it in stock however the same day I’d enquired about it he managed to call the supplier and have one on the way to me. He gave me constant updates on my order and called as soon as it arrived. I’ve also shopped in store a few times before and been served by a male worker with awesome customer service (not sure of his name sorry however he was working there when I picked up my order). He’s been lovely every time we have gone in and was super helpful. Thank you!

The staff are super helpful and friendly, I always enjoy coming in to browse! We also got everything we needed for our twins from whole bubs.

Well stocked baby shop with boutique feel. Has all the products you'd expect plus some that are not stocked by the major baby stores. Very attentive service provided too.

Lovely staff and beautiful store with excellent ranges. But I am disappointed in the price matching policy. I was in the centre today and was browsing the store and I found an item that I had my eye on from another baby shop. It is currently on sale at the other store and I asked the lady at the counter if they could price match as it was more convenient for me to buy this item there but was told the store won’t price match under $100. I understand and respect the stores policy it’s just disappointing to be turned away as I thought a sale would be better than no sale especially as I was a happy customer willing to purchase an item. My experience today won’t stop me from shopping at this store but I’m hoping the policy can be reviewed in future as I’m sure you will have other customers who would like to price match items under $100. I ended up going an purchasing the item from the other store.

Extremely unhelpful store who relied on the fact I was desperate to not live up to written policies of price matching.
After my daughter had a a serious health scare I wanted to purchase a breathing monitor and have it personally put on courier which meant it was time sensitive. 5 phone calls and over 1hr to get a clear answer that they would not match an online advertised price which included $12 shipping which was stated online. They responded that they need to confirm advertised price via phone call to the store but then made no effort to do so. More than 6 baby boutiques advertise it at a cheaper price on their website of up to $70 but felt that when they knew I was in a vulnerable position needing asap they decided to take advantage. Unfortunately another company who has taken advantage of the small market in North Queensland.
Super disappointing
