Was less than impressed with the attitude of the staff member I encountered today. Nasty old woman. Was referred to that store by the one in South Bunbury.

She spoke to me as if I was an idiot who couldn't read the sign on the store, using some very offensive and vulgar language "why don't you go outside and read the sign or can you not read?".

To be sure I had the right store I called the number supplied to me by the other store and watched her pick up the phone. Would not recommend ever going here if you're in need of last minute nicotine supplies or gifts for anyone.

My suggestion to avoid further encounters like this that would drive business away would be to simply fire the old witch and replace her with someone far more polite.
