The Longreach Tavern

Great tavern. The best atmosphere, happy hour was awesome and food was great. Situated in main street, definitely recommend and will be back.

Nice venue with great atmosphere.

Family member dining with us said Marinara pasta with chilli was best he has ever had.

We loved this place! The dining room has an awesome outback atmosphere and the food was delicious. We had the lamb shank and sweet potato parmigiana. The flavours were so well balanced and we enjoyed every mouthful! Thank you for this Experience🌺

Visited the tavern for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Not your average pub meal. Food was delicious and the chef popped out to ask if we enjoyed it. Great options and good value.

Excellent and friendly staff. The food and music were also great after a long day on the road.

The meals (4) were delicious - one of our party said the Diane sauce was the best ever. Pub prices, excellent quality. Would be nice to have a wider range of wines (1 brand only in 200ml bottles).

Great pub ! Courtesy bus picked us up from Longreach Tourist Park on time. Drinks were reasonably priced, meals were great and the Chef checked on us to make sure everything was OK. Bus ride back as soon as we requested. Highly recommend !

M husband and I recently did a trip to Longreach and visited The Longreach Tavern many times for lunch and dinner. The atmosphere was fantastic, food great and the staff happy and courteous.
We enjoyed meeting the locals and watching the footy at the pub with them - the banter was great.
Our thanks to Michal and Ruth who run the hotel and the Bar Staff of Martin and Fabio (a few more who's names we didn't get). And the Chef - Joel - the food was delicious

Had a lovely meal here tonight, the tables are nicely set out and the place has some great decorative features.
Special mention goes to one of your workers Stan, he is a fabulous worker, he was busy all night making sure everything was tidy and clean, he is very pleasant , I would highly recommend him as a worker anywhere he is a great asset to your pub.

Have eaten out nearly every night the last 3 months. Best meal in years. Congratulations chef. It was sensational

Great place for a few beers, & a great feed, steak was cooked beautifully. Darling enjoyed her linguine. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you also to the courtesy bus driver. Got us there & back home safely.

We were there two very busy nights after the Birdsville Bash. Courtesy bus from and to our motel, with great driver Michael. Staff were friendly and helpful. Meals were very good. Great atmosphere. Totally recommend.
