Harry’s Restaurant

Arrived late in the evening but they were happy to accommodate me. I had 2 appetisers and a dessert which wasn't a problem. Food was delicious and we'll-presented. Service was very friendly and exceptionally fast. The only thing I'd change is the lighting - the LED bulbs make it very bright in there and makes the room look a bit stark. Other than that, definitely a great experience!

I had an amazing time in Longreach, but Harry's was one of the biggest surprises. Sitting beside the Longreach Inn I was flabbergasted at how good the meal was for a tiny outback town.

The first night we had the lamb shoulder and pork belly and they were both perfectly cooked so on the second night I took a chance on a steak and again it was cooked perfectly.

I knew we were in for something good when the garlic bread entree was perfect, but we were so pleased that every course was exactly what we wanted all the way to dessert. The apple crumble special was just as enjoyable as the berry dessert. Looking forward to my next visit.

Fine dining in Longreach is possible- at Harry‘s the ambience is top notch, the service is classy, the food par excellence. We ordered four main meals plus starters and dessert and everything was absolutely mouth watering. Well deserved five stars!

Harry in my view has the best restaurant in Long Reach. Never had a bad steak here and the service has always been excellent 👍

Just amazing. A hidden gem in Longreach. Highly recommend the kangaroo and beef cheeks. They were extremely busy but made sure we were well looked after.

Fine dining was not one of the things I expected to find in Longreach, but here it is. The food was top-notch and reasonably priced with good service. Does get busy as the motel has coach tours staying - we booked for 5:30 and were done by the time it started to fill up. Highly recommended.

Great atmosphere. Delicious food. Excellent wine list and cocktail selection. You guys are running a first class venue in such an unexpected location. We had such a great night and cannot recommend enough to anyone visiting Longreach. Thank you so much for a great night! A shout out to the courtesy bus drivers that got us to our hotel and back, also amazing service!!! 🙏

We just got off the train. Ordered room service. Not a long wait, maybe 1/2 an hour....and the food was simply amazing. I had the pork belly...the salad was to.die for, the pork was perfect. Friends had Wagyu beef and risotto....both were amazing. Choc and honey tart was amazing. Its not often i eat out that im overly impressed, but this was the best ive had in years. Well done.

The service we received from our waitress Maddy was exceptional and really made the experience special. The food was all cooked perfectly and the cuts of steak really stood out. Would highly recommend this gem on your travels out west.

This restaurant must be experienced. The hostess and her crew were a delight. The chef and kitchen brigade pulled out all the stops when they cooked these mouthwatering dishes. Wild caught Barramundi, Crispy Pork Belly, Kimberly Crocodile 🐊 with lime dressing.

Our first visit to Longreach and I was looking forward to eating at Harry's for dinner. Given the great reviews, I had high expectations - so pleased they were exceeded! The kangaroo dish was fabulous and the dark chocolate and honey tart wonderful. Other dishes such as the pork belly and beef cheeks were also knockouts. Service was excellent. If you appreciate quality, fine dining food you will love Harry's. Highly recommended.

What an amazing find in the outback. We recently spent a couple of days in Longreach and had heard from some locals that Harry's was the place to go for a special night out. Everything from the food, the service, the wine list and the cocktails was spectacular! Seriously, if you're in Longreach put this place on your list of 'must do's'. There was even a free courtesy bus that picked us up and dropped us back up our accommodation.

Was a great steak dinner and excellent table service. Deserts were delicious and interesting. Happy that they haven't succumbed to the annoying tipping culture. A return to cloth napkins etc would be nice.

Went to Harry's on Friday night. Best meal I've had since being away. The scallops for entrees were just beautiful.. The Barramundi was the best I've had in years.. My husband had the beef cheek which he said was just beautiful. Highly recommend!

Lovely restaurant. Nice buffet breakfast. Staff friendly. Nice and clean.operate under covid-19 Rules.

What a fabulous restaurant! The service was so friendly, professional and prompt. Lovely decor and a good menu. Unfortunately by the time we went to order (7pm) 3 of the mains were no longer available. Ok for me as I wanted the seafood linguine which was fabulous. Great flavour and generous amount of seafood. We had the crocodile spring rolls for entree which were very good.
Would highly recommend dining here.

We went to Harry’s for dinner with another couple. Very happy with the friendly service from the waiters, had some laughs with the two young ladies. Food was fantastic, we all enjoyed our meals. Two of us had the 10 hour slow roasted lamb shoulder wrapped in prosciutto and all I can say is OMG…best lamb I’ve ever had. Well done Harry’s.

My partner and I only stayed the one night next door at the Longreach Motor Inn, which was also lovely, clean and comfortable. Harry's Restaurant was amazing! Was pricey but it was worth the money, quality of the food was beautiful. The atmosphere was a plus aswell with lovely staff all round can not fault the staff even left a tip and had fun chatting and laughing with them. 😊 Thanks again guys!
