Mermaid Fitness Mission

My experience with Mermaid Firness Mission Beach: one of my best at a physical, mental and fellowship level was done by Yulia and the whole group of mothers, I am extremely happy to have the possibility of exercising outdoors with other mothers and our children! perfect combo… And it's not just doing exercises and that's it. We form a nice bond of friendship, and we do a lot recreational activities.

Yulia’s classes are very enjoyable and interactive. I love attending the classes along with the kids. The workouts are designed for all fitness levels and such a variety of exercises. If you’re looking for a good group to exercise with look no further!!

Love coming to this class. Yulia puts together some very creative workouts. I always get bored with workouts and gyms, but her classes having amazing variety. Running, weights, ball skills, rope everything. Also, perfect because you can bring the kids. Would 100% recommend coming along.

Yulia’s boot camp classes are fun and engaging. It helped me losing the extra kilos after being pregnant and also rehabilitate my core strength.
She is an awesome instructor, very knowledgeable, friendly and a role model and inspiration for many many women.

Absolutely love Yulia's classes. They are loads of fun and very inclusive and perfect if you have kiddies as they are always welcome.
