Easy access, friendly staff, low price goodies and online ordering is pretty straightforward. I did in-store and online shopping including pick up and delivery and all of my shopping experience have been very pleasant. Cheers!

I have been going to this Chemist Warehouse for almost 7 years. I have found the head pharmacist to be amazingly friendly, helpful and really good at explaining medications while some medications might be new to myself or my kids, over the past 7yrs. In fact all the pharmacists that have been working there are ALL lovely too. The staff that help with advice with products on the shelves are also very friendly and give great advice. Service and overall experience when I go to this pharmacy is always very pleasant and I'm made to feel comfortable. GREAT WORK CHEMIST WAREHOUSE AT RIDGEHAVEN.

Have been a regular customer for many years, and I have had such great service that I felt it necessary to leave a review. Humar has always been really helpful and supportive, and just recently gave me advice that probably saved my life. I probably wouldn’t be here to write this review otherwise, and I’ll be forever grateful.

Impressed. The woman at the register, I see her often and she has asked me how I was and even commented when I looked better. I use this chemist most often. I've not had any problems with it at all. Is it the way people approach them? I've had incredible customer service also. A special price item was in the back room and the lady kept looking and brought out as many as I wanted for the AMAZING cheaper price. They often check online for me to discover product availability in other stores.

I was very surprised and extremely grateful, when a lovely staff member by the name of Daniel was very quick, efficient, kind and compassionate enough to help me.

I am currently nearly 36 weeks pregnant with my first and when he seen me, he helped me watch out for the boxes of new stock that was laying in the isles, so I didn't trip. He then politely asked if he could help assist me with anything. When I told him what I was looking for (raspberry leaf tea capsules), he looked on the shops system, noticed that this product isnt something that gets stocked at this store, so he offered to help me by picking these up for me from another store over the weekend and for me to come back to this store early next week and pick them up. Bless his heart! With everything going on and horribly wrong in this world, a simple act of his kindness has gone a long way in my books. Not only will I shop there again, but I was quite happy to spend over $200 even though I went there for something that costs $15. Thank you to Daniel and another lovely lady that also helped me in the baby section. Amazing customer service! I hope this gets recognised.

Wow! I was very surprised the help I received in the skin care section on the weekend. I have extremely sensitive skin and in need of a moisturiser. The help I received from Dani was amazing.. Recommended a few different brands for sensitive skin but then told me about the brand she uses. I couldn't be happier with the help I received from Dani. A big Thank you for the recommendation and for making feel as if I was no bother with all of my questions. I will definitely be back for more advice.

Excellent got what we needed and was happy to find the store open a bit later on a Saturday appreciated the effort as we got caught in the rain blast event and could not get to several other stores due to traffic and flooding so to get here was great and will keep in mind for the regular shop when required.

Fantastic stock at great prices & the staff are always happy to assist with any questions. Speedy online order service! Unbeatable prices for medication & the pharmacists always assist with processing my medications when required.

Very busy in there but still good service and the pharmacists too who are very informative and take the time to explain things to you right. Some great specials. I always like to see what they have in the store to see if it is what I normally get and on special. I really like it.

Always friendly and helpful and if you run out of dog treats they have a pet section!

They're cheaper than the rest. Google needs to sort out the review because there's three stores in the area, Tea Tree Plaza, Pelican Plaza and Modbury Triangle. Today I went to Pelican Plaza Chemist Warehouse. The pharmacist who helped me out was a very kind man named Abdul. He is a very kind man and in future I will be taking all of our prescriptions there.

Great place to get cheap drugs. The pharmacist was very Knowledgeable and super helpful.

Gemma was awesome. Knew what I was looking for and gave me the product info I required efficiently. I had called twice previously so was relieved to talk to her.

Great selection of the usual stuff that Chemist Warehouse has , although the store does not have a lot of space because of shelving and narrow Isles . Pharmacists have always been helpful and even informed me about cheaper options without me asking . The checkouts can be and are , usually understaffed , so allow time for that . The car park is tiny impossible in some parts , dangerous to maneuver within and dangerous to enter and exit Beware .

Lots of variety on products. Cheap prices. Pharmacist friendly and helpful. I found late afternoon best time to fill prescription as not a long wait.

Chemist Warehouse is my default chemist. This particular store at Pelican Plaza has longer trading hours than others.

Love this place and the one at modbury triangle. I have never ever had a bad experience i always get great friendly advice and service.🥰 Highly recommend
