I've recently located to the area and am renovating a caravan, I'm a novice with no idea what I'm doing, which in turn means I'm a great customer for a hardware shop as I'm constantly buying things I don't need. In the 8 weeks I've lived in this town I've spent at good few hundred dollars there. I went in on Friday with a list and $500 for supplies, Donna the manager has zero people skills, everything is a chore and she must think customers can't hear her talk about them from the next isle, after hearing the conversation between Donna and Pete I told them not to worry and I'd come back with a Ute. I never went back instead I went to bunnings and because of the lower prices only had to spend $295 :) also the customer service was amazing. I won't be spending anymore of my hard earned money in this business.
