We had a Commercial rental managed by Sharyn and as we were based in Adelaide she took care of just about everything for us. The tenants were often difficult and she sorted things out in a professional manner and gave us good advice as required. She was very reliable with communicating things to us and a lovely lady to deal with. I highly recommend her and her team.
Once the tenants left we decided to sell the property. Ben was our agent, and he was so helpful getting us a handyman, and recommending tradies and other businesses so we could renovate the property prior to sale. We sold before going to market for WAY more than we expected. Wonderful staff, who we recommend very highly.

We recently sold our family home through Gebhardts Real Estate, and the process was seamless from start to finish. Paul gave us regular updates, and nothing was too much trouble. The marketing was excellent, and presented our property in the best possible light. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Gebhardts Real Estate and will certainly use them again.

Purchased property via video which was not wise. I asked Ben to show me all the negatives of the property I was not shown the fence which was only 4 ft tall that neighbours could see over or dogs jump over, I wasn't shown the huge Cyprus trees in the back yard or the guttering that was rusted. All which cost $10000 to repair and remove. I asked if there was noise from traffic "NO" road is a major thoughfare for trucks which wake you up every night and shake the house as they don't abide by the 50 limit. I wouldn't have purchased property if I have known of the above.. No matter who it is DON'T trust a real estate agent to tell you the truth.

Made several attempts to contact agent and schedule viewing a property to buy. No contact made. Rang and told is under contract though listed as available for weeks. In future make the effort to speak to potential buyers, as I will no longer be interested in any property though this agency now
