I found this shoe retailer looking for an out of stock shoe my partner really wanted and was delighted to see an extensive range of trending brands like Frankie4. I ordered in the late afternoon and it was delivered next day. Which puts this business in the top 1% of service exceeding, super impressed. Unfortunately, the shoe was too large, so following their easy returns instructions I was given a prompt refund (great website/user experience). It's rare to find a well stocked local West Australian shoe outlet, let alone one that beats most competitors in customer service and care. I will be shopping here in the future and recommend supporting it.
