This lookout is located on a side road of the Forester Kagaroo Drive which is a road passing trough the Mount William National Park. Enter the Forester Kagaroo Drive from the Musselroe Rd. You can see a lot of wildlife if you are patient and drive slowly (please drive slow). I recommend the late afternoon hours when temperatures settle. This lookout is offers a nice view over the park.
