Had Tye help us out with some fish, extremely knowledgeable and willing to spend some time problem solving and explaining the ins and outs of our fish troubles.

Great service only one lady on with no other staff i am happy to apply for a job there and closed early today (saturday) due to understaffing

Customer service when visiting earlier for my son to get his first pet fish was fantastic, couldn’t fault it.
We worked out we needed something extra and disappointing to find the store closed over an hour earlier than advertised after making the trip.

Very disappointed with the prices. I ran out of my normal cat food which I normally buy online and expected to pay more because stores are always more expensive but $15 more is just ridiculous. I won't be returning.
The 3 stars are because they actually stock it.

clueless. money hungry kids running a pet shop.
sells animals with zero knowledge about them.
customer service ha well that depends on what day you go in and who is on shift
hire people who have REAL knowledge about all animals

sold me a paradise fish telling me they can be in a community fish tank with same species of fish. WRONG WRONG WRONG!!!
went home put my new fish in my community tank with another paradise fish and now i have about 5 fish left in the tank and two paradise fish that are fighting. one will be dead soon along with all my other fish.
went back a few days later and one of the workers had the audacity to try educate me on paradise fish.. and then lecture me about having TWO PARADISE FISH TOGETHER

Went to purchase a PH test kit and natural catnip. Neither was in stock.

Extremely expensive!!
Not happy about the cost of living as it is however to buy what we got here we paid $$$ more than we usually do on line
