Peddlars Rest

Clean rooms with excellent customer experience. The shower is massive and the bike storage area was a great bonus. Breakfast was sufficient and in a cosy environment. They might want to include some lactose/gluten free options for us city folk. We loved it.

We really loved staying here. We booked a double room which was immaculately presented and very comfortable with a coffee machine, a lovely big shower room with a rain shower. Great touch having the hand basin in a separate section outside of the shower room. There is a bike store room for the push bike riders en route on the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail. We also loved the beautiful front dining room where the food for making our breakfast was provided. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Toogoolawa; a real gem.

Situated smack bang in the middle of the street between 3 pubs. Had the best sleep ever. Mattress was awesome. Pillows hard but that's the only negative. Everything new, excellent decor, great shower pressure, even a nespresso coffee maker. breakfast was very basic but filled the void. Price was excellent. Only 30 more than a pub room which was definitely no comparison. Even a full bottle of red and two Waters included. 5 star for a small town

Have stayed in plenty of accommodation along the Rail Trail, so glad we have found Peddlars Rest. Lorraine was really friendly and helpful, allowing us to check-in early after a morning ride. Great to have a bike storage facility and the attention to detail in the room was exceptional. Will be back soon.

Luxury retreat for fellow BVRT travellers!

We stayed overnight at the Peddlers Rest and was very pleasantly surprised at this beautifully renovated hotel, a stones throw from the trail and a two minute walk to the best pub in town.

Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend this place to stay. It is super clean and comfortable and pricing very reasonable. If you are riding BVRT they have a lockable room for your bike. Breakfast is included. I would definitely stay again.

We were unfortunately caught out in the recent floods and fortunate to find this gem. Rooms are very clean, beautifully decorated and have a very homely feel.

Unexpectedly modern rooms in the heart of the main street. Rooms are small but well appointed and a light breakfast is included. Great for a quick stopover.

Nicely appointed accomodation, freshly renovated, spotlessly clean and friendly hosts. Everything we needed after a long day riding on the BVRT, including a comfy bed. Thanks!

Stayed overnight while on the BVRT. The bed felt like a cloud. The kitchen, breakfast and bike storage all great. Would highly recommend this little bit of luxury.

I had heard so much praise about this place from fellow trail riders and always wanted to stay here. So I decided to make a weekend of it with a two night stay. The check-in process was very easy and quick with the friendly manager. You can choose to park at the front or back doors. The room was small without being claustrophobic and had all the modern conveniences. The décor was modern and definitely had that boutique feel. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable with lovely crisp sheets. It made for a great nights sleep. The bathroom was open, sparkling clean and had a delightful rain showerhead. The complimentary bathroom supplies were a nice touch. The room also had a coffee maker which would be very welcomed by the coffee drinkers. The secure bike storage room was appreciated. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with complimentary breakfast supplies. All in all, a wonderful and comfortable stay. I look forward to returning. Well recommended.

A real hidden gem! Booked on a wim, expected your average/standard rural motel, and was totally floored by gorgeous design, immaculate rooms and lush stylings. Highly recommend!

Friendly hosts, very clean rooms, competitively priced and being able to store bikes securely was a huge bonus.
Looking forward to our next stay here.

After a busy day and lots of driving I added some extra comforts for the family and kids for eg games also the beds arr so comfy please people of all walks of life come visit
