These guys are great. We go in there all the time. Staff are always very friendly and very helpful. The plant section is great with the plants well cared for before you buy them.
The loyalty program is also really generous.

I come here almost every weekend and the service is always outstanding. I love the outdoor gardening area. Great plants that haven't gone to plant heaven.
If I have to ask the stupid questions about which screws to get for what, whoever has helped me has been courteous and helpful each time (not patronising like at other places). Love it.
Also, the loyalty card is THE BEST LOYALTY CARD IN THE WORLD. You don't have to achieve a phenomenal amount of points in order to use them.......check-out person: " You've got $13.62 worth of points. Do you want to take that amount off today's total?" Me: "yes please" !!! So easy.
I'm OK with the range of stock. It's enough to suit my needs. Sometimes too much choice is overwhelming.

Received a wood delivery today. Excellent service from the driver, Guy - he couldn’t have been more helpful. Totally impressed with the way he negotiated my awkward driveway which was further obstructed by a mulch pile. Very happy.
