Had a night camping there. HUGE camping spots and each reasonably private. One of the best NP campsites for me so far. Well lit camp kitchen with sinks/water. Toilets are great with an available hot shower, also lit up over night. I felt very safe here as a solo camper.

It was easy to get to the lookouts by car, didn't do any hiking here as it was a stopover on the way south but the hikes look great + glowworm caves if you fancy the drive to them in the dark.

Great campground plenty of space in each space great camp kitchen and having hot showers and toilets is awesome. The only thing is missing is a bin for rubbish .Had 3 nights there over Xmas and we had a lot of rain but the sites help up very well with the sand .I would definitely come back very peaceful quiet campground with the kangaroos, wombats, birdlife was awesome ,plenty of beautiful lookouts to see or walk to the waterfall , can ride your bikes not far from Bundanoon shops,IGA is there bakery cafes

Great stay, showers are instantly hot (via gas). Close to amazing bush walks - recommend Erith coal mine walk and Fairy Bower. The views are every bit as spectacular as the Blue Mountains.

Beautiful spot with great amenities. I stayed one night as a rest stop, and I wish I could have stayed longer to explore. Felt safe as a solo traveller.

Have driven past the sign to the lookout hundreds of times, never knew what a great little spot this was. Has less than a km of dirt road to get there, but seems to be looked after.

Loved camping here. Great facilities. Camp kitchen basic but bbqs and tables and chairs clean and in amazing condition. Ammenities also clean and well appointed for a camp site. Found the entire experience 10/10. Park well maintained. Trails well signposted. Thank you NPWS for your hard work.

Everything you could possibly need and more! Water, toilets, electric barbecue, level sites, car access. Great wildlife spotting opportunities at camp and nearby.

Has modest fees which can be booked online or at Rangers Office in Fitzroy Falls a 20 minute drive away, and is in a national park so domestic animals are forbidden.

On the Eastern side of Echo Point Rd are picnic & toilet facilities for day visitors.

As campgrounds go, Gambells is almost glamping, with cleanly kept bathrooms, hot water showers, and a BBQ area complete with a kitchen sink. Fancy. Unfortunately, we made the poor decision to camp in 0 degree temperatures and I woke up in the middle of the night with very cold toes. Hubby was kept awake by thumping kangaroos. Aside from the niggles, it's a fabulous area.

Beautiful and quiet place. Lots of nice trails around. Go early enough in the mornings and there are heaps of wallabies around. Keep a lookout for snakes as well.

Great place for a day out, a hike, a picnic or all the above. Surrounding trees were burnt by the fires of 2019-2020 but the views are still spectacular.
