I had James out last week to fix a few issues in my bathroom and laundry, me being a qualified mechanic I inspected his work thoroughly and can’t fault it. I’ve personally come across some very dodgy jobs done by other plumbers in the past although the quality of james workmanship is impeccable. His quoting by far beat the other quotes I got from the larger pluming companies. I highly recommend him and will be recommending him to all my friends and family! A+++++

I did a bathroom renovation for my parents and James was hired to complete the pumping works. He did an excellent job working with the exisiting pipework to make the new bathroom more functional with his vast knowledge and experience in his trade. Would highly recommend.

Called James Monday morning as I had hot water system leakage coming from the system itself as it was old.
He called back within 30 minutes of me, making the call see if he could come at 7:30 Wednesday with a reasonable price and friendly service.
730. He was there with the perfect installation, took the old system away and cleaned up on completion, prompt reliable with great service would highly recommend games from zip plumbing.

James installed our new hot water system, and has also relocated our washing machine taps, laundry tap and set plumbing in place for a new toilet. He is punctual, reliable and has absolutely fantastic communication. Highly recommend his services and will be hiring him again in the future both to complete current renovations and for new ones.

Take care! Quote was $450-500 then bill was $880! Make sure his quote is detailed and make no changes to enable a jump in the bill. My bill was hundreds over the quote because I provided 200x100 tiles for 0.5sqm of tiling around laundry tub, not 200x200 tiles as discussed. James said it would be ‘a bit more’ then charged $880 instead of the $450-500 quoted. Surprise! Lots of excuses were made, such as I increased the area of tiling which is not true, and bill was reduced a bit, but if you use him be sure the quote is detailed and make no changes in case bill skyrockets. Also he provided a very rickety faucet that drips for ages after turning off tap. I have never before left a bad review for anyone.
