iKANDi Sunglasses Byron Bay

I travelled to Byron Bay for a get away and unfortunately left my Ray Bans at home! Walking into Ikandi I was greeted warmly with a big smile from Melissa and I felt really comfortable with her. I initially thought I'd just grab the same type as I already had, but Melissa has an excellent eye for detail and offered up a number of alternatives that got me thinking. She was very patient, friendly, and really helped to narrow things down. We agreed on a final choice and as she finished the transaction she advised me on care and how to prolong the life of my glasses. She also had some great tips on the local area to boot! First class service, Melissa is a role model for others in the Ikandi group for sure.

Meike was so lovely and I left with the perfect pair of sunglasses. Her service was great, she took the time to show me different shapes and colours that would suit my face and I will definitely recommend the shop and her to my friends if they need sunglasses!

Melissa and Natalie are the most amazing people who work at IKANDi sunglasses store. Throughout my whole time shopping here I felt no pressure to buy anything but got such great feedback on different styles of sunglasses and with such a great selection I ended up buying two pairs of Maui Jim sunglasses. My husband and I visited this store and was amazed by the customer service of James.He was so helpful in letting us try on sunglasses that I was looking for oakley ones but suggested another brand that may suit.He took the time and listened to what I was looking for as in shape and pulled out the right ones for me Maui Jim’s I had never heard of them but upon trying on they were perfect .Cant thank James enough for all his help.
