This was my first time renting a car , Sixt had

Booking of the car hire was easy, so also pick up and delivery of the keys. However, while booking for the extras insurance I got lead to a 3rd party instead of SIXT through on line number.

We were delighted with Sixt. The service both on arrival and departure was excellent and so was the car. Furthermore the was no delay in checking the car and returning the deposit. This has been the case each time we have used Sixt.

Due to a last minute (30 minutes to organise) change in travel plans I had to organise a hire car to complete the last 100km of my trip.

The call centre was very helpful and reserved me a car in minutes.

On my arrival at Launceston an hour later two friendly staff members finished my booking and installed the car seat for my child within 10 minutes and I was able to reach my destination with minimal stress.

The $100 one way fee was unfortunate but necessary as it was part of their terms and conditions.
SIXT always provides lovely service and clean vehicles, they are my preferred hire car service now.

The staff were friendly and even though the flight was late the pickup was quick. We were upgraded to an almost brand new Isuzu MUX that was very comfortable for three adults with luggage. It was pleasant to drive even in the tight windy roads in Tasmania and came in handy when driving on a highway that is a gravel road.
All up we had a great experience with SixT.

Received a 2023 Suzuki Swift as a “Mystery Car” for a 6 day hire period.
Car was in great condition, clean and well maintained.
Was very adequate for our needs.

Ordered a Yaris hybrid and was very satisfied with its performance. Averaged 4.4 litres per 100km over 2000 kms. Clean and comfortable with very good service at pickup and return. Will be back for the same vehicle in Adelaide later this year.

A pleasant experience, as we were upgraded to a relatively new Toyota kluger hybrid at no extra cost. Very happy overall as there was no fuss or issues in making the booking and returning the vehicle.

Amazing service from the folks at SIXT Launceston Airport. The car was faultless. Pick up and drop off smooth. SIXT now my car rental company of choice.

Lovely service at the counter. I took the mystery car when I booked. I got a Camry hybrid for a really good price.

All about Steward. He was exchanging our small car and upgraded to a bigger one cause we couldn’t fit our family’s stuff for the Tasmania experience. We could not be happier. He made our trip. Thank you so much Steward. I would give you 10 stars but Google only gives me 5 stars. Eternal thanks.

Hyundai Staria was great and quite a bit bigger than the Kia Carnival we booked. So much so we didn't really need a second car especially as the 8 seater vehicles are priced at a large premium.

Quick check in, were given a better car than had booked. No issues at all. Drop off quick and easy (after hours)

Car pick up was quick and efficient. Car (RAV4) was excellent for our trip and return was very easy.

Seamless process in collecting and returning the car, enjoyed the upgrade to the BMW 320i, a very comfortable car and enjoyable to drive. 👍

Truck was a ripper , the staff are absolutely pleasant to deal with, very polite . Price was good. I definitely recommend them and will use them again over any other rental company no problem .
