Do not waste your time.

6 months and hardly any response,
I was waiting on a reply for weeks, regarding a letter, and then when I went to another solicitor they were quick
To send me the bill, literally straight away so they were getting my emails. Ben was brilliant until I was moved onto his associate… Disappointment to say the least.

Communication was shocking!

Terrible communication, constantly having to chase and ask, chase and ask. 1x star for customer 'service' too. Shame, they came highly recommended to me.
