BIG W Muswellbrook

As shops are diminishing in my area at a fast rate due to the economy atm Big W remains steadfast with prices great and a good selection of kids clothes Shoes and household goods.

I always love ❤ going in to big w. I honestly could spend hours in there just looking at stuff 😆 lol

The TV should go down in prize not in the 400$ mark

went to buy a ue boom at the tech counter, not a single word was said between me and the employee. 10/10 this employee needs a raise

Would just like to say mel who works here is absolutely fantastic always so lovely/nice. Always says hello and there to help with any questions. She helped my partner out a lot today just everytime we have been there she has gone above and beyond with great customer Service

Excellent range of products, clothing, electrical, all at a great price.

Can always find what I'm looking for without hassle. Staff are great and friendly all of the time and always serve with a smile. Well set out store.

The staff at Muswellbrook Big W are very polite and have excellent customer service and welcoming manner.

As one of the few big stores in the area it's great to have a place to go and grab just about anything we need. The staff are always friendly and if I cant find something specific, they usually know exactly where it is.
It's not the largest big w store so the variety often runs out quicker but being able to order online and pick it up at the shop for free that afternoon makes it easy to get whatever exact thing I'm looking for

Always great service from the ladies at the service / layby /online order desk.
Orders usually ready within a couple of hours after placing it online.
Store is well stocked, neat and tidy.

A good place to shop for bargains. This Big W is similar to all Big W stores. Good variety, good prices and good value for money. Always like shopping at Big W.

Absolutely brilliant. I was having trouble with my mobile phone and the lady at the photo counter couldn't be more helpful. She didn't have to do what she did, but she did. She deserves more than 5 stars.
