Pet Medical are awesome 🤩 They’ve always taken good care with my cats when they’ve needed them. I highly recommend them. Unfortunately we lost 2 cats to snakes but Dr Rachel & Zarli with the other wonderful vets did everything they could. Best vets I’ve had to deal with. And took care of my newest little fluff Sophie with her first vaccination

I've always found all the staff at Pet Medical genuine and caring towards both my 2 dogs and myself. They're very considerate of my financial situation and have given me options without making me feel guilty about my choices..I hope to have many more years of their care towards my 12 yo Jack Russells health problems.

Took such great care of my dog!! They looked after her for a whole week from New Year’s Eve and she made a remarkable recovery after being diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disorder. They didn’t know what it was for the first 5 days because of its rarity, but never gave up or lost hope, and as an owner I am eternally grateful for their staff’s support and perseverance!!

The other night at 2am my small dog vomited a huge amount of blood . I rang pet medical and at 2 am they answered and said they would meet us at Muswellbrook. Beautiful excellent staff , cannot praise them enough for saving my babies life

I boarded my beloved pet parrots with Pet Medical Muswellbrook. All the staff was wonderful, they cared and loved my babies as if their own. They followed the instructions I left, and the room my birds got was away from any cats/dogs etc, was peaceful, air conditioned and had a big window. They were let out of the cage regularly and played with. I appreciated the message and photo updates from the staff. And the price they charged for all this was a THIRD the price a vet in Newcastle quoted me. I highly recommend these lovely humans to care for your furry/feathery family!

The team at Pet Medical were so comforting, gentle and patient with my anxious dog. He is timid with people he doesn’t know and the nurse was so loving and patient with him to be able to Vaccinate him stress free. Couldn’t recommend more.

I visited Pet Medical in Muswellbrook this morning 15/10/23 in an emergency for my 13 month Labradoodle. I wasn't a client there but that didn’t matter at all to the staff. The vet April was amazing , kind , informative and compassionate in my emergency. The receptionist and vet nurse were also great. I highly recommend Pet Medical at Muswellbrook . Thank you team for today.😊

extremey friendly staff. the vet's examination of our two dogs was thorough, the vet was communicative and outgoing with both us and the dogs. Will definitely recomend Dr. April, especailly when both dogs just loved her and behaved excpetionally. Hanna

Brilliant service and modern methods. Blue ( staghound x) was pampered and petted during his stay. Follow up after surgery was timely and appropriate.

We recently had our female dog, Pippi, spayed at Pet Medical Muswellbrook. We felt very informed about the procedure, were kept up to date on how she went with surgery, and have received great after care. Thank you!

I have recently had to move out of the area and the only thing I’ll miss is the the staff at Pet Medical… Scone, Muswellbrook and Denman.
I honestly wish I could take them all with me.

I appreciate their attention to detail whether it is for a routine visit or for more extensive care.
Staff explain in detail to ensure I know what is happening and pick up on any changes in Delilah.
Delilah has very muched enjoyed doggy day care when she has attended :)
