Great food and fast takeaway service. Best San Cho Bow we have had. On a wet winter night visiting Hawks Nest, it was a great option for us.

Great little restaurant. Fast and friendly. We combined spicy and sweet and it was a good combo.

We got some takeaway. We rang through our order and it was on time.
We got spring rolls, Mongolian Lamb, Satay Beef, Honey Chicken, boiled rice and prawn chips.
It was delicious and plenty of food for five adults. Highly recommend it if you’re after good food in Hawks Nest.
I think eat in would be all about the company you’re with, it’s nice and simple.

Always incredibly clean and produce fresh …. As a regular for many years when staying at our weekender, we’re lucky to have a restaurant where the owner clearly can cook! Favourites are the laksa’s and combination schezuan which highlights the chef’s versatility to cook from different regions.

Absolutely spot on Chinese dinner. We don’t eat out or have take away often and when up here on holidays this place never disappoints

Every time we holiday at Hawks Nest it is compulsory for us to dine here, the last time we had the in-laws with us & they agreed that it was well above
normal Chinese, the stand out is the salt & pepper squid which makes me think the chef must be from the Szechuan province as it's got some serious bite

Absolutely wonderful restaurant. The food is excellent, the service is friendly and fast. Very family friendly restaurant where the staff, particularly Cathy, are just fabulous, kind and helpful.

The whole gang had takeout last night, incredible. Massive portions and delicious tasting across the board. The plum duck was exceptional.

Get the sweet and sour pork - you won’t regret it! and the deep fried icecream - all time.

Spent the weekend in Hawks Nest and got a take away from Moongarden. Really enjoy the Prawn Chilli Szechuan. I would definitely recommend this place and the staff where very welcoming and friendly.
