Mumm's on the Myall

Mumms on the Myall is always a great experience. I had the seafood platter for one (like always) it's amazing every time. The best part always being the mussels in chilli/tomato.
Mojitos were very refreshing 🤍

This is always a great place to visit. The food is wonderful and reasonably priced. The view is lovely. The staff are friendly.

Despite not being able to sit outside (impending bad weather), we sat inside and were served the most amazing and tasty food. The servings were generous but not too big, and the flavours were just right. The staff were friendly and, oh so, efficient.
Not a cheap meal but great value for money. We will definitely visit again. Thank you.

We've tried this place a few times for dinner and wanted to update our review to better reflect more experiences...

We love it here - particularly the set menus which are great value. Highly recommend for takeaway seafood too!

Lovely setting overlooking the river. Very set menus as were not allowed to choose from the morning tea menu at 1:30pm. Just wanted coffee and something sweet so had no other choice but the $15 dessert menu - which we chose one thing from and shared between 3 (which didn't go far) a bit overpriced for what you get sadly but the coffee and view were lovely. The meals that came out did look huge though - so they might be better value for money than the dessert.

The food is always fresh, tasty and quick. A high quality dining experience. We have eaten at Mumms many times and will be back on our next holiday!

'Best Food in the Tea Gardens Area' we had lunch here a couple of weeks ago and it was to die for, the Seafood is Top Notch fresh , flathead fillets , very generous and tasty, the other dishes around the table were presented and tasted beautiful and also the service was just incredible. Very well worth a visit if you are in this area, the views are awesome too.

We had takeaway. Great salt and pepper squid. The kids and I aren't big fish eaters, and we loved the way the Whiting was done. Nice picnic tables outside.

Beautiful meal! I had the seafood platter and it was great - everything was cooked to perfection (which meant it basically melted in your mouth)!
I was especially impressed with the scallop and the calamari!
Dessert was Lemon Roulade with raspberry coulis - wonderful and my fiancé had a creme brûlée with a raspberry sorbet - just amazingly tasty!
The food comes along with a beautiful waterfront view - saw some dolphins!
And lovely service!

Great spot 5 stars all round. Quality that very reasonably priced. Window seat if you can the wild dolphins sometimes visit. Just beautiful.

Had an absolutely spectacular lunch here today. As others have said they take covid safety seriously. We shared the prawn wontons as our appetiser, yummy with a nice salty soy dressing. The baked bream was perfectly cooked and so sweet and the Asian greens complemented well. The fish and chips were great but the fish was Orange roughy, I would prefer a local fish. Well definitely be going back!

Beautiful spot by the water with a great choice of seafood on the menu and a good wine list to suit most people. The service was very friendly and prompt. Lovely outside seating if you prefer otherwise there’s lots of indoor seating too. Highly recommended.

A surprise find after taking the ferry from Nelson Bay to Tea Gardens. Friendly wait staff, practicing COVIDSafe. Food was excellent. Fish of the day, locally caught bream with Asian Flavours. Small but ample wine list. Pelicans and Dolphins right out side the window. Worth a visit.

Left the dog at home with a bone. Had lunch inside at Mumm's (normally on holiday we have take away in their garden surrounds.)

A great lunch at Mum’s on the Myall the coconut prawns were very good but the scallops were cooked outstanding but then the two mains being eye fillet with vegetables and a huge skull prawn mornay on top just superbly cooked medium rare also were outstanding, my wife and I will be attending again before we head back to Sydney if you ever get a chance and enjoy a lar carte please visit this restaurant it is right up there with the best of many restaurants myself and my wife have been to through out the years of many restaurant’s we have attended not just NSW or interstate but Europe as well oh the service is very good as well I don’t really wright many reviews but I had to do one for Mum’s on Myalls see you again soon enjoy the pics.

Just "on a whim", we called in to Mumm's for lunch. It had been many years since going here and could not have been more impressed! Great food, very friendly staff, and relaxed atmosphere. Thank you, Mumm's for quite a memorable time.

Excellent food, lovely staff, and a fantastic place to grab a feed. Bit of a wait during holidays, as expected, but the staff handled the busy times really well and kept everything moving smoothly and were friendly and helpful the whole time.

We get takeaway and it's fantastic every time. There is always a long line so be prepared for mozzies. The calamari is *excellent* and I liked the orange roughy grilled.
