Most Woolworths supermarkets look the same, so there's no point detailing the shelf layout or groceries. What is it that makes this particular supermarket different (in a good way)? It's something that many big retailers tend to forget, yet it costs nothing and customers leave the store with the feeling that they had a positive experience. Put simply: the staff are welcoming and friendly. It's not just those who work at the front counters and self-serve areas. I'm regularly greeted by staff working in areas like the cold section (milk, yoghurt, cheese, etc), who are usually very busy filling shelves, but they still take the time to offer a friendly greeting. It may seem inconsequential to some, but I think it's nice to be treated as a person.

Lots of specials, we got discounted chicken and pork as they were going to close early, plus some desserts on special. Very helpful staff.

After a long drive towing a caravan from Brissie western suburbs we set ourselves up. Off to Woolies and had a pleasent shop. Staff member helpful helping me find an item. Plenty of stock and no waiting at the checkouts.

This store has had a nice little makeover making it more convenient and pallitable to the eye. Staff are always super friendly and helpful and have that small community pride!
