Although in a shopping centre the cafe has good ambience and a cut above your regular shopping centre experience.
We shared the breakfast burrito and both of us were full. Coffee was really good and service was too. I especially liked the cleanliness!

Best of cafe service experienced , coffee served so strength could be adjusted, delicious oil and dairy free carrot cake offered to be delivered to suit two of us having half each. Other vegan options available. Clean, quiet, friendly, efficient, highly recommend 👌

Have travelled all the way from NSW and by some of the best coffee and food ive had in a long time! A hidden gem with very lovely staff highly reccomend!

AMAZING!! the service, the atmosphere, the food. everything was absolutely top tier. full tummies all around. the meals were soooo cheap for their quality and quantity. amazing home made cakes and delicious coffees. T3 has earned 3 new customers. very excited for my next meal here.

By far my FAVOURITE coffee store. My 1/2 cap on skim is ALWAYS perfect and my 'not guilty' smoothie after parkrun is delicious! Friendly staff who I really do look forward to seeing every visit!

A hidden gem with Great menu options. It has certainly become a family favourite. The staff are friendly, the service is quick and the food is absolutely delicious. And not to mention, they know how to make good drinks.
