Ideal Electrical Tweed Heads

I just purchased x3 Martec Fino Oyster LED lights for my home. These lights far exceeded my expectations and Ideal Electrical Tweed Heads South went out of their way to help me obtain one from another store in QLD. Their service was second to none, thanks.

Recently we had to repair a light fitting in our home that we had purchased from Ideal Electrical - Tweed Heads. We went back to the store and sort out the assistance of Chevy who had previously looked after us. We knew we could trust her advice & product knowledge, again she organised our replacement light fitting with a minimum of fuss and we had it the next day - unbelievable. Very prompt service again, we can't go past Chevy for her customer service and support. She goes the extra mile to look after her customers (a kilometre is not long enough) and certainly leaves the sales assistants in her competition far behind. She is great to discuss your ideas with, she is very practical and we can't recommend her highly enough for the experince we received.

This store ranks in my top 2 picks for Tweed Stores, if they don't have bespoke items you are after they are perfectly happy to order in. They also order in items without a huge wait for other items to go on that suppliers order. That last point is a big one for small contractors as they don't give you the runaround and treat small customers like the bigger ones. IT and comms equipment is not as much as I would like, but as previously said they will move it from another store or order in, and don't give you the cold shoulder if you need to go elsewhere if in a rush.
5/5 for friendly service, arrange reps to come in on request, and always remember your name even if you don't pop back in for a month.

A few weeks ago I entered the store
The one Employee was serving a Tradie
The female Employee was on the other bench un packing lights, She was not serving anyone but just continued to unpack boxes
After watching the clock and having stood there for over 15 mins the only person waiting to be served. I left the showroom without even one acknowledgement from either employee
Not even I’ll be with you in a minute

I have now entered this business again today with my partner
We stood in line with one person being served and another lady walked in behind us
There was two Employees behind desks
The Man being served was reading out his order etc
The older Employee finally gets up and serves the lady that was in the show room who walked in after us
Again no acknowledgement we walked out in a huff
And finally Scott says Ohh sorry we are busy

We went straight round the corner to Cetnag car engine still running served within minutes
