Silky Inverloch

Silky is the cafe highlight of Inverloch. Fantastic city-quality coffee and some very original and tasty food. I had chilli scrambled egg croissants with prawns, a sentence I had never said before. Delicious!

If you're visiting Inverloch town for a beachside getaway, I highly recommend this café as one of the best choices. The coffee here is rich and flavorful, and I particularly enjoyed their latte with its great texture. The breakfast options are also diverse, catering to both light eaters and those looking for a hearty meal. The flavors of the food are just right and truly delightful! The staff provides excellent service with their friendly and welcoming attitude. I had a wonderful lunch experience here and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Best coffee shop in Gippsland. Food was amazing and very friendly staff. Coffee was delicious. We had the chilli prawn croissant and the benny eggs with pork. Highly recommended. Love to come back again soon.

On our way back to Melbourne we stopped by the town and found this cafe that was such a gem! We were amazed with the ingredients, portion and flavour of the food we got compared to a lot of the cafes back in Melbourne. We had the fried chicken burger which was so juicy and crunchy at the same time, and the prawn scrambled eggs had such generous servings (and size) of the prawns that paired with the croissant was amazing. We’ll definitely be missing this place!

My wife found out this nice and cozy typical oz style cafe and we went here for breakfast, we ordered latte and magic which all turned out to be pretty good. Good took a bit longer to serve but definitely worth waiting for. Not sure whether it’s because of inflation (18/07/2023), it seems that food portion was smaller than expected here at Inverloch 😅 my personal rating for this place is 4.7

Honestly wow. The food here was to die for!! The red wine braised beef brisket sandwich is the best beef brisket I've ever had (I could actually taste the wine!!), the chips were 10/10 (perfect crunch), and the chai latte was seriously the best I've ever had in Australia. Better than many cafes I've been to in Melbourne!! Definitely coming back!!

I often struggle with regular Cafe breakfast. They always have too much bread. BREAD BREAD BREAD. This morning I discovered the Chilli Prawn Scrambled Croissant at "Silky” Inverloch, this was a life changing experience. From the lightly grilled prawns to the lovely layered scrambled egg to a perfectly toasted croissant all topped with caviar and red onion. WOW! what a perfect breakfast.

Delicious food, quality coffee and artisan kombucha. Best cafe in Inverloch by far. We had the Sriracha Chicken Burger and the Braised Brisket Sandwich. We also enjoyed Rosie’s Artisan Kombucha and fine espresso coffee.

menu was limited, but choices offered were really scrumptious! shows their attention and focus to refining their dishes. portions are large too, so it's definitely worth your buck. atmosphere was breezy and cool even on a sunny day, so you can comfortably sit outside and enjoy your meal :)

Do yourself a favour and order the brisket and saltbush sandwich, one of the best things I've ever had the pleasure of eating. I don't know much about food and I barely ever leave reviews but this dish is clearly a masterful combination of flavours and textures. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Staff were great and the menu has some really good options.

Fantastic team, serving fabulous food and excellent coffee. Best of all is that it comes with a great attitude from the staff/team. Found it a week ago and been back since ... The first of hopefully many return visits. Give it a go. Both inside and outside seating options are spotlessly clean and inviting.

Have been during Easter and this new place is amazing. Food is sensational, great presentation and flavour. We tried a few dishes and every single one was delicious. Love the Chai Latte and coffee. Will try again in our next holidays.

What a wonderful surprise to finally have the new Silky team re-open this fantastic cafe after a few years of it being closed and sitting idle by the previous owner. The team are incredibly pleasant and you aren't kept waiting at all. The coffee is the best in the main street
