Misleading information provided on booking itinerary caused confusion, when we called to ask for assistance and clarification, staff was rude and hung up before I could finish speaking/asking questions, he said he would get back to us on the day by 4pm but no one contacted us. We then called again the next day (the day we had to travel), another staff picked up the phone with the same rude manner and gave us no assurance and no clear directions.

Drivers of Hotham Bus are generally very punctual, helpful and nice, but staff working at the office picking up calls do not share the same work ethic as the drivers, the lack of help and guidance made the situation very confusing and frustrating for us.
