Rod fixed my lawn mower for a reasonable price and gave me allot of useful information about maintaining my lawn mower, very informative.

Highly recommended.

Unfortunately could not fix the issue with my mower but Rod was very honest and didn’t string me along or charge for having a look at it.

Good honest service

Went past with a mower and explained it needs a plug change. The bloke seem disinterested and fairly unhelpful because he was too busy. It was a 2 minute job I just didn’t have the tools. We Went to Camden mowers and it was changed on the spot in under 2 minutes. The time it took for him to explain that her had no time for us he could have changed it and put the $$ in his own pocket.

I was seeking a ball park figure to reinstall a starter spring on my mower. Unfortunately i was not given the opportunity by the elderly female to fully describe the problem. In an attempt to better descibe what the problem was and what i needed I was abrubtly interrupted and told "it doesnt matter what happened". At this point I interrupted and stated "from what you just stated and your tone, i now know where not to get repairs.

I also now know where NOT to refer people for lawn equipment repairs.

The repair I need on my mower is quite simple and straight forward, however due to strokes I no longer have the dexerity to respring the starter pulley. My quest to find a reliable courteous understanding repairer continues.

Horrible most arrogant bloke I've ever come across in a repair business.
No communication skills when dealing with customers !
He became very aggressive when I asked him why he is charging me almost double the original quote he gave me for a simple mower blade change.
Be warned one star for this business is to many !!!!

Typical backyard mower repairs, suppose you can't expect much more. Bad service, very rude. Don't even respect the level 2 water restrictions that are in place as they constantly hose the grass. Friends and I have witnessed them do this on several occasions during all hours of the day. Dam levels are at 42%, what a joke!

the worst service and attitude of any type of retail shop i have been to in nsw for the last 40 years.left a deposit on an edger and was told to call when i want to pickup,it would help if they answer the phone,then the womans first response to me when i went there was,who are you i dont know you.well im a paying customer.then tells me the guy is having lunch and cant serve me.they were so rude my daughter walked away in disgust so i asked for my deposit back and it became such a big deal,including him saying do i want to talk to his solicitor,which he would not give me the number,i left without the 50 bucks i left.they can keep it because i dont ever want to deal with any hillbillys like this in my life again.in fact i didnt know people with this type of mentality existed in the 21st century.so be warned.STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
