Bruny Island Coastal Retreats

We as a group of ladies had a fabulous stay at the Ventnor Guest House. A wonderful house very relaxing & comfortable everything you need, really made you feel at home. Would definitely book with you again. Thankyou Coastal Retreats 😊

We stayed at Bruny Island Beach House recently with a couple of friends. The house itself is incredible, plenty of room for everyone with endless views of Cloudy bay Beach.
From the toasty fireplace to large kitchen for cooking was the perfect remedy for the weekend.
The beds are super comfy- with a bathroom for each bedroom which was great.
Communication and directions was timely and efficient.
We are now planning our next stay at Cloudy Bay Beach House for next year. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at Cloudy Bay Cabin for 2 separate weekends with different groups of friends. It was fantastic! A truly incredible location. The cabin itself is comfortable and well-equipped. It was very clean and tidy. The property managers were excellent to communicate with and although I had no experience with gas hot water/solar set up, they talked me through it and we had no issues whatsoever. I also had the good fortune of enjoying a tour of several of the other properties and I look forward to spending more time on Bruny and staying in some higher-end accommodation for a special weekend away. Although Cloudy Bay Cabin isn't absolute luxury it really is hard to beat! A big thank-you to Ben and Victor.

We had the absolute privilege of spending a week at the Lodge with our wider family. The experience was unbelievable and it was certainly the tonic we needed after the 8 weeks of dealing with the bush fires at home. As an RFS volunteer, our time at the lodge was the perfect balance of relaxation, adventure, being able to reconnect with family and of course catching up with good friends (the staff).

It was certainly a break we'll never forget in the perfect setting, location and in an amazing venue.

I stayed here with friends and it was GORGEOUS!! The accommodations are as clean and well looked after as advertised, or really even better because of their stunning location. We were steps from the beach, the weather was pristine, the views other-worldly, and we found it super easy to get around the island. The staff are very helpful when necessary - you get the sense they've been mandated by who's ever in-charge to make guests happy, which is appreciated. I highly recommend this destination to those headed for Bruny, and for those who are aren't you should put the island and these properties high on your list!

Wish I could leave more than 5 Stars!! Stayed at the Bruny Island Lodge over 3 nights for a good friends Wedding in October. There were a fair few of us and Benny was an absolute legend! Took care of us and made us feel completely at home -- just a top bloke in general. Massive thank you, can't recommend this place more!

Cloudy Bay Cabin was one of the most beautiful and amazing places I have ever stayed at in my life. Remote gorgeous beaches while also being in the bush with wildlife all around. We will definitely be back!

There is never not a good time of year to enjoy what nature has to offer on Bruny and to have the assurance of quality stays that are synonymous with Bruny Island Coastal retreats. Thankyou once again to everyone that made our stay so memorable. We look forward to returning soon/often. This is a special place.

Such an amazingly beautiful and remote location and the accommodation was first class. It was hands down one of the best set ups for a great weekend of surfing and exploring all that the island has to offer. I would visit again in a heartbeat.

Magic spot - wild coastline, fire pit and some bloody good surf. A really well put together cabin. I will be coming back for sure!!!!
