Fantastic service from Bek in helping me find a pair of hiking shoes. She had great knowledge and tips and took the time to ensure I found the right pair.

Store had a great range of products and friendly staff.

I had a problem with some shoes I purchased over 12 months ago. They were meant to be hiking shoes so they should be pretty sturdy. On contacting Katmandu Bunbury they inspected the shoes, organised replacement shoes for the small cost of $27 dollars. What excellent service, I will be sure to shop there again, good products but more importantly great after sales service. Thanks guys.

I went into Bunbury Kathmandu looking for Bamboo socks to supposedly stop my creaking new runners & was served by Clare. Although they didn’t have what I wanted she did show me some Marino socks which I bought & she recommended a couple of places I may find the bamboo socks. I am very impressed with the service I got at Kathmandu Bunbury 9 June 2021. I would especially like to highlight the service by a gentleman named Kieran. He went above and beyond to meet my needs, answer my questions about products and give me excellent recommendations. I didn't feel like a customer while in the store, but rather a family member at home. Furthermore, this gentleman was very knowledgeable in many areas, such as hiking, local cuisine, science, running and even crochet!
This man is a true asset to the Kathmandu Bunbury team. Thank you!

I bought Teva Arrowood 2 hiking a few months ago, which has served me well in a variety of terrains. It is comfortable and bouncy, accommodates my orthotics well and is not over supportive, looks presentable with hiking gear or casual jeans, no slip on wet rocky or frosty surfaces, keeps the feet nice and warm.

I am thankful to Angela, the shop assistant, who patiently listened to my needs and found the best available pair of hiking boots for me.

Ive been a customer of Kathmandu in Bunbury for a number of years. Working in a cold climate I need occasional specialty clothing which is typically hard to find. Kathmandu has always had what I need in stock from coats, mittens gloves, under armour and face masks.
