Pathetic....they are listed as label printing parcel point for Amazon so customers dont need to print return labels, they should do it for you. Their owner/staff "Evelyn" is aware of this but refuses to print label and told me to go home and print the lable and come back.

When asked why dont they address this with Amazon as it must be upsetting many people, she had no response. Most likely they make more money by being a label printing parcel point but happy to send back customers rather than printing a 5c labels or advising Amazon they dont want to provide label printing service. Shameful business practice, have reported to Amazon.

Absolute rude staff, sitting on the phone, no greeting and upon asking to see juice flavours got told "show id" in a smug tone. Upon showing I asked again what ejuice flavours they had and the staff member said "which flavour you want" without showing me any. I then asked to see them as she aggressively opened the cabinet drawer to which there are 0 labels or flavour names. Instead of asking which is which I decided it wasn't worth my time dealing with such a rude staff member and walked out in a worse mood than I walked in. 0/10 do not recommend

They have a sign saying be back in 2 minutes been waiting half an hour they need to to be more on time and persistent
