Leanne at customer service gave me every help to resolve a courier problem. This was first problem we had. Service and products were delivered promptly prior to this hiccup with a courier. So good to have an actual person to speak with. She followed up every contact I made promptly.

Required Nestle Resource Plus in chocolate urgently and the customer service rep was super helpful to the extent of completing the order online herself when I dropped into their Epping VIC offices today. Highly recommended.

I have ordered Molicare underwear for my mother last 6 February and received the delivery in three days. I am not expecting it too soon. The product is amazing and comfortable for a 95 year old. Overall, the products and customer service are excellent.

Platinum Health Supply has an amazing service team, very responsive and helpful. We purchased a wheelchair and there has been issue with the wheelchair which cannot be used safely so we contacted them after several months as it was still under the warranty, they have helped us to pick the item for assessment in a very responsive time frame.
