I had an emergency shoe purchase for an unplanned event and was served by the truly lovely Becca. Not only did I walk away with a lovely pair of shoes, Becca also provided useful tips on how to transition from sneakers to heels!

"The store manager is always excited about shoes and showing the range available. She makes recommendations based on the fit and colour of the shoes. After care is always considered and I always buy what's needed for my shoes.”

Great range of shoes, the sales lady I had in the day was particularly good. If I could I would have bought the whole shop, she was that helpful

Very poor customer service. Tried to take an online order for a refund which the website said is fine to do within 30 days of purchase. To be told they will refund less the GST component. No other store was aware of this or the head office. Really rude staff saying it was written the in terms and conditions, nothing I could find! Feels a little strange if they are processing all online refunds less 10%?

Very poor customer service. First their was noone in the store for a few minutes and I could have easily stolen what I wanted. Finally the older blond lady came out talking very loudly on her phone and ignored me. After waiting a few minutes and wondering if I was invisible I walked out and spent my money elsewhere.

Non existent customer service. Seemed an in inconvenience to serve us. After finally serving us gave us the wrong size. Not really willing to rectify their mistake- honestly like pulling teeth
