I LOVE this store. The staff have always been extremely helpful - they have answered questions and been willing to assist with sizing. They have some amazing shoes in this store - you don't see them in many other places and when I wear the shoes I have bought from there, I always get compliments.

Fantastic customer service! I research my nursing shoe on the internet, ask the staff to order in my size and style which they promptly order, ring me back as soon as they have arrived. Have used this store for many years and their service has always been exemplary :)

Terrible service. I purchased a pair of shoes for my son and the quality was very poor. Considering the price paid for a good pair of shoes they did not meet standards. Kearney did not offer a replacement, refund or repair. Think twice before purchasing from here.

Terrible customer service, if you expect to have consumer rights upheld I suggest you do not shop here.
After having a pair of children's runners for 2 weeks virtually fall apart the owner of the business refused an EXCHANGE for a better quality shoe at the original purchase price claiming the child wearing the shoes was at fault not just the product so he would only allow an exchange of half the original purchase price as his business would not be fully reimbursed for the cost of the shoe.
The shop assistant who sold the shoes to us also gave false information claiming the shoes to be partly leather reinforcing the quality of the shoe at the price we were paying to get the sale across the line, the owner accused us of lying & falsely claimed to be in the store at the time of the transaction to back up his claim.
We have since reported the business to the ACCC & contacted the supplier directly as we do not wish to deal with this business directly again! Absolutely terrible & a sad example of why so many customers wont deal with privately owned small retailers anymore...

Bought shoes here as they were exactly the shoes I was searching for and at Clarks web site price. BUT the woman who served me was HORRID. Bad tempered , dismissive of questions and down right rude. Seems to hate her job. Have to get my son shoes there today if she is there I will ask to deal with another staff member.

Terrible customer service, no assistance with proper fitting or sizing and no help with a refund or exchange.
