Had great customer service from David the other day. Friendly, warm nature, got things done nice and quickly for me, and offered me one warranty upgrade without pushing a bunch of other sales pitch upgrades at me like other EB games members from other places do, which was refreshing and makes me want to use this as my only EB games place to shop. I purchased my new Xbox from here and was a great and easy experience I was also offered to get any games aswell for the console I was getting and a offer to preorder any games customer service is amazing

Absolutely appauling i understand it’s Christmas but customers are also waiting can we please be professional and make everyone equal instead.
I came in to get a headset u didn’t want a bar of us instead u serve the next person that u we’re selling a new PlayStation too.. waited and waited to be served absolutely rediculas, left and won’t be coming back was first and last great first impression
