Easily located inside the Bunbury Forum. I think everyone can agree that the smells coming from the shop is amazing and just draws you to it. My main reason for writing this review today is because of the beautiful lady working there. Her name card read Mel. I walked in and was greeted promptly. She had this energy about her which made you feel good. She spoke to all the customers that were there as if she knew them for years and just made the whole experience enjoyable. I signed up for a 2 year membership, knowing I'll be back again soon. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a gift to head in here.This lady definitely deserves the mention and I hope that she is seen as the valuable employee she is.

Got a good bargain when it’s on special.

Lovely store, friendly staff. My $10 dusk voucher had expired but the lovely lady that works there honoured it on a purchase without me even asking. Going above and beyond for great customer satisfaction. Will def be back.

I love all things candle, I was greeted by a beautiful candle sister by the name of Mel, she helped me find my perfect scents to add to my collection of mood mist scents

Love the ambience - especially Christmas. Lots of nice 'smells' and other gifty things to choose from.

Helpful staff

I went into the bunbury forum store and was looking around when a lady by the name of Hannah was serving me and was helping me choose a gift when we were rudely interrupted by Tam who then proceeded to take the sale .
I thought this was very rude .
Won't be returning o the store .Tam I felt was very pushy and bossy with myself and her staff .

The store is lovely and so are the products however, the customer service is very off putting. The sales staff always excessively push you to buy more products and spend more money even when you say NO. It makes the shopping experience very unpleasant and to avoid this I'd rather buy online.
