I just love the new store you have opened in Parkdale! What beautifully exquisite products and you can find lovely gifts if you are on a budget like me! The staff offer excellent customer service and know their product range well. It is a pleasure and delight shopping at your store!

Service was horrid. Staff were snobby.

If you enjoy the 'little things in life' like customer service or common courtesy, I'd avoid shopping here. I've been twice and have been ignored twice. Not even a hello. I guess the women working were too busy talking about seemingling non-business related topics to make some money. It's a shame because I make a point of supporting local business.

Its really not that hard to greet a customer.
