The Good Guys Bunbury

I was in store on Friday the 8th of March 2024,
The customer service from Craig was 5 star.
He helped me with technology I had no idea about, was very patient and answered all my questions.
Was very friendly and even offered me a bottle of water.
I went into store to seek what's new on the market for phones and tablets I left the store with both under the amazing deals available I got a new 400$ phone on plan and a new 200$ tablet and paid 85 dollars not included new phone plan of 65 bucks,
I left the store with around 600 dollars worth of devices for around 250 dollars paid on the day, under the amazing deals they offered on the day. A great experience and have enjoyed my new phone and tablet with no issues.

I purchased a new washing machine and because it was the last one(floor model on display) they gave a fantastic price including delivery...great service

Very happy ! Their warranty team sent my coffee machine off to hospital, within a month it`s coming home !

Every team member I spoke to (I think I spoke to half the team🤣) was amazing, friendly and very helpful with the swop of my faulty dishwasher. I needed a new chest freezer asap aswel and delivery was very quick even with living rural. Thanks heaps!! Highly recommend this store.

This is a very well managed store. Management and staff are professional and very courteous, bending over backwards to help. Customer service is a priority over the bottom line. In store shopping is a really good experience and the range of products is fantastic. Thank you.

Easy and simple transaction. No fuss. Staff was polite despite being busy. Offered what I asked about, with a quick check of details and payment made. I was redirected to collect my large item purchase around the back of the store. Fast service at collection point with staff to carry and place product in my car. Happy with my purchase and service.

We visited The Good Guys Bunbury WA to purchase a Espresso Coffee Machine. We were served by Jayda, a smiling, happy face with perfect manners. Jayda, was extremely helpful, having a excellent knowledge of the machines on the floor, also once a Barista herself we were lucky enough to get some further tips on a suitable machine for our home use & the science of making good coffee. Jayda also worked her magic & got us an extremely competitive price lower than we thought possible. All in all, we were very happy with our purchase & the service we received!

Well Christmas upon us again as all the great specials that Good Guys put on display
We returned to WA Bunbury area after 35 years elsewhere! Caught up with GG By 2018
Met a very hard working Sales Mngr Marcus and finished up furnishing our home with their products And since then have purchased different items with great prices VERY GOOD SERVICE and Nothing seems to be to much trouble in responding to your product query, or even spending
Time with you when trying to choose the most suitable item good for us , we don’t know all their names , ( that’s not good enough really ) when they ALL give good service and friendly welcome.

Opened the box on my new 9kg washing machine and found an 8kg washing machine instead - weird! Thanks to Amber and Heather for their great customer service in helping me return and replace it. They really made me feel that they were working to help resolve the mix up.

The experience of having to buy a new fridge/freezer after mine suddenly died was made so much easier with the advice I was given by a most helpful and knowledgeable sales person. No trying to up sell to something you can't afford and an honest shared knowledge of the available products. Given this with the best price from the major retailers, next day delivery and removal on a Saturday for just $75 I am very happy. The store is extremely wheelchair friendly and has an accessable toilet. Thanks to the manager whom was able to even better the sales person price.

Always find staff at Good Guys Bunbury really knowledgeable and helpful. Great for mobiles, as well as everything else. Had a fridge that stopped working while under warantee, after attempts at repairs, Fisher and Paykl said I would have to wait till end of January for replacement, as it couldn't be repaired. Rang back to Good Guys, they arranged one for the same day and that was Christmas Eve. Thank you for going above and beyond, and making sure I wasn't without a fridge over Christmas.

Thank you Tracey for all your advice regarding the coffee machine. We know that you were bombarded with questions from us and still didn't tire giving us consistent good advice. It was great that you knew the products.👍

The manager Alan is ABSOLUTELY fantastic. I was having issues with a TV company in regards to my warranty. Unfortunately The Good Guys were stuck in the middle because it is the TV company that needed to contact me to discuss the fault with my TV.
Whilst this issue is still on going, I went into the store and spoke with Alan about my frustration towards the process that was taking far longer than necessary. Alan has now been communicating with the company to finally get me a resolution.
He has been understanding towards my work hours and easily contactable.
Thank you so much Alan, it is one less stress that I do not have to worry about!!

I had a great experience at this store purchasing a TV and a microwave. I was very impressed with Marcos the sales manager, he's very knowledgeable and honest. This business gets my high recommendation.

Congratulations Rob, the young man who served me. You were courteous patient and explained everything for me, a senior lady who normally gets ignored because at my age I tend to be invisible when I go into stores. I hope Good Guys realise what a treasure you are!

We always shop here, therefore thought it was time to give the recognition to the team and on our most recent visit some individuals, although that's difficult, as they are all great people.
